dōTERRA's oils are truly the most tested, most trusted essential oils

A couple years ago, I was able to research more thoroughly dōTERRA essential oils. Having been exposed to them through a trusty health resort I have gone to for over the past 10 years, I knew dōTERRA had the only products for me since their essential oils were CPTG, Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade.

When some health issues surfaced that needed immediate attention, after fine tuning my diet and exercise, I knew essential oils would provide the additional nutrients and support my body needed. And with success, that is exactly what happened! I reversed some initial abnormal results and normalized my blood lab work. From there, my Naturopathic Doctor worked wonders to dramatically improve my digestion with supplements. This in addition to starting to build my immune system through essential oils started working immediately. A few months later, for the first time in over 15 years, I went through the holiday season and was not affected by common seasonal issues. For countless years prior, between Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s gatherings, and travel, I always caught whatever bug was circulating and ended up on the couch for at least a week. I am ecstatic to share that I now confidently live knowing that daily I am supporting my immune system and feel great.

Next, I started learning and experiencing the benefits of diffusing oils for aromatherapy. Diffusing throughout my home brings peace, calm, comfort, purification of the air, and any other resolution I am looking for. Using the oils in my Epsom salts baths also bring relaxation and detoxification. Finally, diffusing in my office has promoted focus, concentration, motivation, and recollection during times of study and working through big projects and deliverables.

Eventually, I started integrating essentials throughout my home. I replaced toxic cleaners with plant based dōTERRA cleaners from my laundry room to my kitchen and bathrooms. Using different essential oils throughout the laundry process and customizing my scents is so much fun!
